Our state-of-the-art float pool provide a serene, weightless environment that helps alleviate stress, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.

By floating effortlessly in a solution of Epsom salts, your body can achieve a state of deep relaxation, promoting muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and enhancing mental clarity.

Floatation therapy also supports better sleep, lowers anxiety levels, and encourages mindfulness.

Whether you're an athlete seeking recovery or simply looking to unwind from the demands of daily life, our float pool therapy offers a peaceful retreat that rejuvenates both body and mind.

How it Works

  1. You float in a lightproof and soundproof tank filled with warm water and a high concentration of Epsom salt (usually around 500-600 kg).

  2. The Epsom salt increases the water's buoyancy, allowing you to effortlessly float on the surface.

  3. The tank's isolation from light and sound reduces sensory input, creating a meditative state.

What to Expect

  1. Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for a brief induction.

  2. Preparation: Shower before and after your float in your private room.

  3. Comfort: Floating is best done nude to eliminate sensory distractions, but the choice is yours.

  4. Duration: Sessions last 60 minutes, with music gently guiding you in and out of your float.

  5. Hygiene: Our pools are meticulously cleaned and filtered between each session, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation.
